Very poor leadership. Every shift they try to find a reason to unassign you for the day, costing you $$$$ - Survey Interviewer Dynata Employee Review

Pros

You can pick what shifts you want to work. No minimum hours required. They have an Instant Pay option you can choose to get paid faster. Can usually get Instant pay the next day but they charge a fee.

Cons

Shiftsmart Managers are overwhelmed and outnumbered by Survey Dialers by hundreds. So if you have an issue or question and message the managers, you hardly ever get a reply and you can only ask certain questions in the pre-shift Zoom meeting. You are pretty much on your own if you have a problem with Dynata because most of the Shiftsmart Managers will not have your back and question Dynata. You are expected to work a 5-hour shift without a break. If you do take a break, you will get a nasty message telling you to resume dialing. No positive coaching or motivation at all. Almost every shift you are threatened to be unassigned for the day or they just unassign you without warning.

While you may be assigned to Dynata projects, your employer and your managers sound like they are Shift Smart. While Dynata appreciates feedback about its vendors, like Shift Smart, we are unable to address the issues you have raised and we recommend we contact Shift Smart directly with your concerns. Although it’s great to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility and quick pay, sorry you are dissatisfied with some aspects of the organization. Because schedules are so flexible, certain shifts fill up quickly so you may get reassigned to another time, but there are always more shifts to take. Managers should be responding to employee concerns, even if there are many more dialers than leaders, so feel free to bring this up to your Shift Smart HR reps. And it’s true that the call respondents can be negative at times, so keeping a positive attitude is key!

Pros

flexable hours and reliiable pay for the hours you work. paid bi-weekly

Cons

you had a quota of calls you had to have daily and complete surveys. I could not make people answer their phones. i had to keep people on phone to complete surveys. some surveys would take 30mins! i could get completes. but i got cussed at and screamed at very regularly. i could still get a complete survey even being cussed at. but they kept making itarder with new quota requirements. it became a job that was way too stressful. hours dried up after presidential election. it wasnt very reliable on hours.

A flexible schedule that comes in handy.

Cons

The lines of communication need to be better. When given your daily assignments. The pay could be better for all the stress and headaches.
