Thank you for your many years with Dynata, though it is disappointing to hear how dissatisfied you were with your experience. No employee–current or former–should feel undervalued or as though they are not being treated with respect. Our leaders in APAC and around the globe go through periodic leadership training to ensure they are helping their employees grow and thrive at Dynata and beyond. Non-competes are fairly standard in the industry, and although we enforce them, we have many former employees working in similar fields. As you mention, we do have many employees come back to Dynata, and we therefore strive to maintain an open relationship with those who have left the organization. As for compensation, we perform regular salary exercises to make sure our pay is commensurate to the market and rewards performance.
