Pros

great propsects, highly profitable, scalable business

Cons

terrible insecure leadership that won't look beyond numbers. APAC leadership is a joke and run things by a spreadsheet. So insecure that they are happy to pour planning and energy in going after former employees with non-compete letters, sending it to even their new employers. Way too political and hard to grow unless you are a 'yes' person.

Thank you for your many years with Dynata, though it is disappointing to hear how dissatisfied you were with your experience. No employee–current or former–should feel undervalued or as though they are not being treated with respect. Our leaders in APAC and around the globe go through periodic leadership training to ensure they are helping their employees grow and thrive at Dynata and beyond. Non-competes are fairly standard in the industry, and although we enforce them, we have many former employees working in similar fields. As you mention, we do have many employees come back to Dynata, and we therefore strive to maintain an open relationship with those who have left the organization. As for compensation, we perform regular salary exercises to make sure our pay is commensurate to the market and rewards performance. flexable hours and reliiable pay for the hours you work. paid bi-weekly

Cons

you had a quota of calls you had to have daily and complete surveys. I could not make people answer their phones. i had to keep people on phone to complete surveys. some surveys would take 30mins! i could get completes. but i got cussed at and screamed at very regularly. i could still get a complete survey even being cussed at. but they kept making itarder with new quota requirements. it became a job that was way too stressful. hours dried up after presidential election. it wasnt very reliable on hours.

Pros

The schedules are super flexible, team leads are really great

Cons

environment can be stressful, low pay and shifts get canceled. It's a little frustrating when your doing your best on surveys and calls and then you get deductions.
