Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate you letting us know how you feel. On a significant infrastructure project delivery of milestones is critical. We like to offer a competitive pay and benefits package that recognises this. We do drive a culture of delivery however this should be done in alignment with our 5 Project values of Respect, Humility, Clarity, Solidarity and Positivity. If people feel these Values are not being adopted they are empowered to challenge poor behaviours. We appreciate culture is important to how our people feel and as a result we have started to run quarterly mood surveys to check-in and monitor how our people are feeling.
