* Nowhere near enough women in senior management positions * Slow to react due to organizational structures * Salary below market rates for many roles * Lack of empowerment across cetain departments * Low staff turnover (older staff lack passion / drive) and lenient managers * Work is fairly unrewarding which is partly down to the industry
