Pros
I have been working at EdgeVerve for the last 3 years and I found the below points as its good side - 1. Work Culture - very good and ambient, people are always helpful. Managers are very friendly and supportive, even if you are not able to finish your work on time, the manager will try to explore every option to discuss with you. For some reason, if you are not able to meet the quality guidelines, manager and leads will try to show you the ways to mitigate it, they will not shout at you and make you feel uncomfortable. 2. Projects - Ample RnD and Development project opportunities are there with the latest technologies like Redis/Spring Boot/Microservices/Kubernetes/Docker. 3. Salary - On-time always, compensation packages are good comparing to other IT companies, if it's a lateral hire. 4. WFH - More than sufficient, if for any reason you want to avail it you can. You can avail 6 WFHs per month for which you are eligible if you need more you have to talk to your manager. 5. Gift - I got an Amazon Alexa Echo device on the company's 4th anniversary and there are lots of events and programs held by HR team for which you will get gifts. 6. Job Security - Very stable, secure. You will not be fired unless you do some mishaps like violating security principles(such as uploading source code etc) and getting drunk and coming to the office :) 7.Others - State of the art Infosys campus, ECC, free business UDEMY account for learning, Infosys LEX app for learning and Development(with remote VMs).
Cons
Salary hikes are a little bit low, onsite opportunities are very less.
