The mission and values on paper look nice, but

The reality is there is rot and it is taking over from the inside out. Incompetent leaders consistently promote sychophants who espouse the right corporate word salad, while the people who do the work get pushed around, or out. This last round of layoffs was brutal. Word on the street is that more is to come, irrespective of what is said. 500+ hard workers laid off while profits are record-breaking is shameful.
