Pros

Good training from home office. Good resources from WEB’s.

Cons

Where to start. The recruiter tells you you don’t have to door knock, you build your own business. You can but you will get no help from anyone unless you door knock. Because that’s what they had to do. If you are young and no experience they give you a 20 million dollar book. Which they immediately lose half of the book. The only think the local leadership does is pass out the kool aid. You will never get anything unless you are a relative or friend of leadership. Horrible experience so stay away. You are better of and will be treated better at an IMO.

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
