Pros

Generally manageable workload and nice people

Cons

Missing the mark with clients especially on UX needs. They're starting to bring in external talent, after realizing the gaps they need to bridge over numerous areas of the business prior to their old loyal customers passing away. The reorg last year was dramatic, but now additional news has been shared about return to office 4 days a week, routine travel for those remote and less work flexibility.

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
