Key Words: Stable, Love the People, Does the Right Thing for Our Clients, Treated Fairly, Good Benefits During the market crash in 2008 / 2009, management took the right steps to drive down non-compensation costs, which allowed everyone to keep their job and maintain profitability as a firm. I'm proud of how we handled the situation we were faced with.

Limited HQ Growth Opportunities, More Work To Do Than Resources To Do It, Often Unrealistic Expectations I often find myself frustrated by the amount of work we are expected to get done and the fact that no matter how much we can accomplish, it never seems like it's good enough.
