Pros
Set work schedule, adequate training, decent support from home office, and decent benefits. Trimester bonuses can be good if you work in an upper-level office and the advisor is willing to share.
Cons
You are only working with one other person in the office (the financial advisor). You have to get along well with them, because again, it's only you two there. Most of the time, there is very little work to do. I spend most of my days playing games on my phone honestly. This gets old pretty quick. Might be a good job for someone about to retire.
