Pros
Good starter job out of college. They pay for you to get licensed.
Cons
The biggest con: I just moved to a department that is so incredibly poorly run, and the leadership doesn't seem to give a damn. We're supposed to be a firm that supports "A++ customer service," but we're not able to give that under our current circumstances. Any suggestions or feedback we provide on how to better the situation is completely ignored. I've become a very dissatisfied employee. So much so that I'm considering leaving.
