Pros
Edward Jones is a good place to gain experience. Their training is excellent and the support from home office is great. The biggest downside is that it's often who you know that makes difference. This is nothing new of course, but it's the difference between loving this job and hating it.
Cons
If you don't like who you work with, this can be an unpleasant job. Each branch consists of two employees, so you better get along. Also, suck-ups get favoured sometimes, and usually are the type of person you don't want to work under. Again, nothing new in the world.
