Pros
There is a home based employee program however when participating you are encouraged to forgo raises and any group incentives or activities.
Cons
The lack of Health Benefits. They worsened year after year. The company has a very cliquish attitude and if you have somehow found yourself outside of the inner circle they will do anything to finally get you out. Even if it takes years of walking on eggshells and attempting to get back into the good graces is futile. Women are treated as if they are asking for any attention that comes there way by male supervisors and employee relations will go as far as stating you encouraged it by being polite to your boss... Very low pay. Even if you are exceeding goals and standards. It's a dreadful place and when they do get you out they'll continue to try and make you miserable with games with unemployment and denying claims from health care you've already paid for.
