Pros
Make own hours, huge upside if given a big book. Own office eventually. Own assistant eventually also. Not much else.
Cons
Some regional leaders say you can only prospect within a couple miles of your office. It is nearly impossible, and not worth the low salary, if you do not get a big book of business. If you are new new, I would look to leave ASAP because the odds are not in your favor when they hire so many and are over saturating areas. The culture is almost cultish here and clicky.
