Pros
Great infrastructure and training program as a part of the Hilton family. Management seem to be out for the best interest of their employees. Lots of room to move around/advance once you're hired on. Great benefits and incentives (for front desk employees at least)
Cons
High-stress job dealing with sometimes angry/rude guests. Lots of responsibilities placed on an employee that is only payed about $9/hr.
