Pros
The Embassy Suites at BWI airport was a fun hotel to work for. There was always something going on, the employees were friendly, and it would get busy enough during times to keep you on your toes. Decent benefits. The wages could be a lot better, but for the location, it is pretty good.
Cons
The hotel was then outdated and the management struggle to provide firm structure. Employees who had worked for the hotel for several years were very stuck in their ways and made it difficult to bring positive change to new employees. Since then, the hotel turned over to new ownership and brought new management along with a much needed renovation.
