Pros
Beautiful place to work. I loved going to work in the morning and being surrounded by the interior Atrium. The General Manager was generally a really nice person and tried to get to know you. Most of the workers were educated and well mannered. Clean and inviting atmosphere.
Cons
Hired under the pretense that I would "get my foot in the door". I was not allowed to pro-mote from a very low level position. They countered this by saying I was too valuable in my current position. I took notice that most of the better jobs were occupied by good looking, younger CSU college graduates. The older workers had overnight or back of the house positions.
