Pros
I worked front desk at the Embassy Suites in Walnut Creek, CA and by far the best part of the job was my manager. He valued his job and his employees and went above and beyond for everyone.
Cons
I only had this job as a temporary job before a big move - I wouldn't say it is an excellent place to work. Not many of the employees seemed to care about their job and communication between departments was difficult to say the least. Pay was a little low for what was expected.
