Cons
No performance bonuses, although the job pressure is not high as in other companies. The best benefits are for employees working at USA, not in Mexico. As the company is growing, there is no room on Epicor building parking lot and you have to wait 5 to 6 months to get a space. Although there is an alternative parking lot about 1 kilometer away from office with a shuttle coming and going every 15-20 minutes. Feel like workers are not appreciated much by Upper Management (no Christmas party, no socialization events, no bonuses like savings or sales, no savings plan, etc.) I don’t expect job opportunities as the current open positions ask for job experience not related with my current job position.
