Cons
Poor coordination and processes from many of the internal support groups. Onboarding is overly hectic and poorly designed. Expect to be completely overwhelmed in your first four months. Internal training is in dire need of improvement. Have encountered too many people who simply do not do their jobs or care about improving processes. For example, just trying to get business cards is a ridiculously convoluted process where the people who manage it don't seem to care that it thoroughly frustrates those trying to use it.
