I genuinely love my job. The people here are real, kind, and truly care about one another, which shows up in the way the company is led. Leadership is approachable and casual in the best way—supportive without being overbearing. There’s also a lot of flexibility and the work itself is interesting and engaging, which makes it easy to stay motivated and feel valued. In the US, it is a smaller team which means people get to contribute in many ways to drive the business forward.

The management is incredibly supportive, and everyone on the team is at a senior or principal level, which means everyone is a professional and a real expert in their field. There's no drama, and everyone is trusted. The competitive rate is big a plus.

while the remote-first nature of the company is understandable given the nature of our work, having more in-person gatherings would enhance the team dynamic. However, this year EE - North America held its first US conference, and I'm excited about the prospect of more events like this in the future.
