Pros
There are plenty of good things to say about Equal Experts. Here are some, by no means all.... - Work life balance is excellent. The company trusts in its people to work hard and at the same time they appreciate that everyone has a personal life, which is genuinely respected. - The people and culture are great. Sounds cliche, but it's very true. There are some great people here, very intelligent and down to earth. - There's less of the negative corporate politics compared to other organisations that I've worked for. I truly feel like I can be myself whilst at work. - The Staffing team is a great team to be a part of. There's a tight bond between us, despite having a diverse range of personalities, skills and strengths.
Cons
Whilst Equal Experts is a great organisation to work for, you are expected to be a self managed expert in your field so you don't get the career support like you may do within other organisations. I'm very much a self starter, so don't perceive this as a negative, but I can appreciate that it may not be the case for everyone. Whilst not getting formal career development I still feel like I'm learning new things.
