Very inclusive culture, and generally good work life balance, I work 9-5.30 typically and stretch to -7pm if lots on. Exciting time through lots of change and strategic moves. Completely global. 2 days a week and generally allow remote work/from abroard a few weeks a year.
Cons
Recent rounds of lay-offs that did not exist 1.5 years ago, transition pains, systems and processes are not as mature as they should be. Fairly US-centric
