      CEO, yoga, stock performance, wfh options, some decent people, great walks around campus

      Cons

      Bigot leadership in TA, lack of diversity, tons of pointless meetings, expectations aren’t clearly defined but you must know them somehow, don’t know how to partner properly with stakeholders, tons of silos / disconnection, REIT not true tech, processes aren’t mapped out - a true mess!       Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.
