Pros
Decent compensation and benefits, but not the greatest.
Cons
- Position not as advertised. I came here to be a professional technician, but I'm treated like a low-end employee. - No career progression. Experience and competency are not a priority to become a senior or manager. Sucking up to management is more effective to get promoted. - Quarterly surveys are designed to improve the work environment and to have our voices heard. Management refuses to listen and encourages staff not to negative reviews. - Forced to do work for the Facilities team. Management favors the Facilities team over the network team. It also goes against company health and safety protocols to have untrained employees working in electrical rooms. (Powerpoint slides does not count as training).
