Pros
The people are some of the best people to work with. I have worked at a couple companies so far with great cultures and some not so great, and in just a few months, I can tell why people stay here until retirement. Managers and executives are so personable and friendly; they keep an open door policy and allow for "silly" questions. The benefits and pay are great as well. They also benchmark their benefits to ensure they are up to market standards. The work we do is meaningful and we always strive for excellence, but do not punish employees if they make mistakes while learning. It is a fantastic company to work for. Work-life balance is also great, everyone respects their personal time and management is understanding of home obligations. DEI, that the company champions, is not just a buzzword. They truly live by their values.
Cons
I can't think of any so far.
