Pros

Location was good for me, therefore the commute was convenient. Not sure there are really any other pros but it requires twenty words in this section.

Cons

Low pay, even lower expectations, crazy turnover in the corporate office. They simply fill seats with very little vetting or interest in applicants. Very poor morale and environment.

With regard to our applicants - we make significant investments in our recruiting processes, team and systems. We have multiple contact points with our applicants throughout the hiring process, and our selected candidates routinely rate their experience 5.92 on a scale of 1-6, where 6 is extremely satisfied. As you may be aware, FSA has a robust vetting process and we strive to ensure we hire the right person for the right job, usually with great success. FSA's turnover rates generally are at or below industry standards, including for our corporate office, where we have had minimal voluntary turnover. Our pay is competitive for the markets where we do business, and we offer a generous benefits plan. If any FSA candidate or employee has a concern - we would love to hear from them directly. We have an open door policy – and we welcome the feedback.
