      Pros

      PAY, pretty good pay, ok pay starting part time dock, leads to decent after 1 year, driver is great pay starting out

      Cons

      MICRO MANAGEMENT, always watching every little move you make. Never acknowledged for going the extra mile to do something right, you usually get in more trouble cause they will nitpik about something. Always criticized on the smallest mistakes.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
