Flexibility with schedule. Immediate supervisor is good to work with. Time off after 5 years Cafe in building Short commute

Do not value employees unless they are in sales or development. The most important thing is bottom line. Sr. Management is clueless No opportunity for development if interested in other departments. HR is not helpful. Very small pay increase in 5 years
