Good Exposure to Banking Domain is the only best part about this company.
Cons
Product based company so, using old tools and technology. Testing GM's are pathetic they do micro management at a very root level. You will see Retail Marketing people as you GM's, which really in turn frustrates. Lead level ppl do very dirty politics and only favoritism.
