- Manager of this process is a demotivator of the group and gives you depression and you lose confidence in yourself though you have enough experience under your hat. - They have a sinister trick of giving PIP's to employees in this particular team so that they can save on the year budget and use that money for their own personal increments. - Manager of this team is one such dishonest person I have met in my entire corporate career that no one can trust his career on him and is a very self-centered person. - HR of the company is spineless as they are on contract basis and they play role only in recruitment. - Manager of this team recruits employees who have low self esteem because of their situation so that he can exploit them to the fullest and take advantage of it.
