Pros
Great paid time off package, Domestic Partner Health Benefits, Location is okay - located near highway. Many schedules available, good with accommodating school schedules.
Cons
-The mid/upper management have a tenancy to gloss over their own mistakes. -Nepotism is rampant. -Employee satisfaction is frequently measured, but dis-satisfaction is never addressed fully. -There is more drama than a 7th grade cheer-leading squad. -Presentation/perceptions of others is often regarded more valuable than hard work/dedication. -Associates are expected to cross train on multiple platforms and receive NO benefit for their willingness to train (unprofessional/inept training department = no procedures etc.)
