Pros
Peers were friendly and very helpful. Management was very informative and willing to help any way to make my job easier. Company was concerned about their employees. I was a contractor and was sad when this assignment ended.I learned alot.
Cons
Training was limited at times in the beginning. Had to seek out my own training at times. No concrete policy and produres for my job made it difficult at times. I learned to seek out information for my job that was not provided.
