There are career opportunities around every corner. Too easy to ponder if the grass is greener elsewhere. There is so much to do, and only so many hours in a day. Everything takes soooooooooooo long. Employee efficiency is needing some improvement. Up until this point, the company enjoyed big margins and a relatively stable client base. Getting new and innovative products to market wasn't as much of a concern. Now it definitely is a concern. Smaller, more agile companies are ready to leap over Fiserv with aggressive technology adoption.
