Pros
Major projects have good work life balance but in some projects there are calls ending at 8 or 8:30 pm. It depends on project mostly. It's good work wise, lots of projects and things to learn. Pay is good. Appraisals are honest. Managers are helpful and open to reach out to even senior managers. Good work environment. Location is nice in the city. Outings and party's are there.
Cons
1] PAID PARKING. (Worst Part you will find scratches on your bike as the security sticks the bikes close may be one day he will keep one bike on top of another if he gets frustrated) 2]ONLY 3 ELEVATORS FOR THE BUILDING, Half of the time goes in waiting for the elevator , else you will need to push your self inside and smell dirty mouth of smokers standing sticking to you.(i feel like smashing their faces into the elevator door). 3]SMALL CAFETERIA FULL LIKE A MARRIAGE HALL AND FREQUENTLY BLOCKED AFTER 2:30 PM FOR TOWN HALLS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.(We have to literally throw our handkerchiefs or ID cards on tables once we see someone getting up, Worst is when we sit for lunch there are other employees standing behind us holding our chair looking into our plate, may be they are thinking "kitna khana bacha hai is bhukad ke plate mein pata nahi kab uthega ye!! ). The managers form India who go Onsite get up there at India time(Late) and schedule meetings at 9:00 am EST or CST so poor employees have to wait late until 8:30 pm India time to attend meeting here in India. INNOVATE and IDEA'S- For your appraisal this is a criteria that you should give some Idea or Innovate even if there is no scope of any further improvement in any process. (i was thinking of innovating a magic stick which will send all these Managers to Pluto)
