Great company that rewards initiative and hard (and smart), work. There are mentoring programs to give less experienced employees help in understanding the company, the industry, and the part they currently, and potentially will, play.
Cons
Fluor is an EPCM / EPC contractor involved in the development of projects. When capital spending, such as now, in the minerals industry, dries up, employment is not guaranteed.
