Pros
Onsite cafeteria with affordable and nutrient balanced food, including vegetarian options. Onsite Starbucks and smoothie counter. People are nice and helpful. Many transferring opportunities.
Cons
The pay is already terrible, on top of that, they hire mostly temps at HQ to save costs. Parking lot is very far, but for the most part, there is a shuttle to transport people. It's takes 10-15 minutes just to get from the parking structure to HQ. Favoritism is common.
