Pros

-You get to merchandise a broad spectrum of styles, for both genders, all in one place. -My employees are amazing, talented and passionate people.

Cons

-This company does not provide you with the tools to perform your job. -No support from upper (corporate) management. -This company will cut your payroll by half and still expect the same rate of productivity. -You will not be performing the specified duties outlined in your job description, instead you will be everything to everyone, you will perform every duty imaginable even if it is completely unrelated to your job title, you will have little time or support to get these jobs done, management will not support you but they will hold you accountable if the job doesnt get done. -Dont ever expect that you will receive praise, let alone support, for any job that you do. -Expect to be disciplined at least once a week. -Expect to give your life over to the store you work for. As a F21 employee you will be expected to keep 100% availabilty regardless of whether they give you 4 hours or 40 hours a week. If you are not willing and able to "jump" when they make last minute schedule changes, you will be pulled aside and given a stern talking to. -Expect to receive a moments notice for schedule changes, and if you are unable to comply, expect to receive either disciplanary action and/or attitude and a hostile work enviroment from your management staff. -If you call out for any reason other than the fact that you, yourself has died, on a Fri, Sat or Sun, expect to receive written disciplanery action.
