Pros
There is a constant revolving door so you always have opportunities to move up. If you like to stay busy and meet a lot of new people it's a great place to work.
Cons
It is hard work. Period. The yearly reviews don't come with a very high pay increase. The company pays higher wages for external hires to come in to the company than to pay internal hires more for their knowledge and loyalty to the company.
