Pros
No greater feeling than having an understanding DM whose been a SM before. I was very fortunate to have someone who didn’t disregard my business needs but also care personally about me and my staff. It helped me grow as a manager as well as produce consistent positive results in my store.
Cons
Limited growth for SM’s who want to advance to the next level. No set structure or streamlined best practices. Company is run like small business instead of a big corporation.
