Pros
Unlike many other jobs you'll always have something to do (unless you're in the fitting room). The dress code is very lenient.
Cons
The discount sucks and since everything changes around quite often means that us poor SAs don't ever truly know where a lot of things are. Direct deposit is only for managers and full time employees which is just stupid.
