Going downhill fast - Operations Manager Forever 21 Employee Review

The company is struggling every district is down in KPIs and managers are getting heat like never before. They refuse to internally promote but then complain there’s not enough management regardless if you’ve been doing this missing employees job for months effectively. Removed holiday pay and cut management hours from 40 to 32 to save costs even though people need this money to live. I could go on and on about how horrible this company has become over the years
