Pros
Great experience, fast paced - there's always something to do. Fashion forward environment Raises/Promotions given to employee's who work hard.
Cons
Paycheck isn't all that great Hard to find quality staff, most associates are in highschool or fresh out, and do not understand the importance of everyone's contribution. Unprofessional at times, too many girls and their attitudes. It gives me a daily headache.
