Pros
The pros of working here would have to be first dibs on new clothing arrivals. 10% discount on entire purchase. Great group of people to work around sometimes. You will receive a lot of hours through handwork and dedication. I would definitely say this job will teach you qualities on how to be strong leader.
Cons
I personally didn't like the favoritism within the store, instead of someone who is hardworking dedicated gettng prompted the zone leader(Assistant Manager) would rather choose someone who is more friendly/hangs out with them on the daliy. There was alot of cliquish high school behavior and drama going with co workers and managers which i deemed as unprofessional. Sometimes the managers can be very unorganized requesting off wise.
