Pros
Market leading UTM technology; strong channel and overall engaged mid-level management. Average to above-average pay; especially if you were pre-IPO.
Cons
Upper management failed to create any type of real culture. Vp-level leadership was mostly weak. The move up-market from the SMB to Enterprise level was very clunky as marketing failed to help the company convince the marketplace that Fortinet products are Enterprise ready.
