Pros

Love my coach... awesome people on my team... think some of the upper management needs a touch more of compassion and being more considerate of employees needs. I express my issues and I understand there's a pattern ..... but it seems as if u really didn't care nor did u seem like u really wanted me to stay.. well I guess it's just a paycheck now.. thought I had found the job were they actually give a genuine concern... my coach... love to moon and back... I'm not sure about the rest of the management team...

Cons

I've said it all in first paragraph. Except that the food in the break rooms are too expensive. And the break room always has a stinch...

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
