Pros

I love the leniency. I always have. The ability to earn something called negative occurrences makes for a great safety net when life happens and they can work with you on it. You can remotely put time off requests in as you earn paid time off.

Cons

Without promoting you are stuck at a 14.50 an hour rate. Certain performance metrics that cannot be helped are being nagged on repeatedly with more work load being expected. Only bonus you can hope for is to get someone else to work there.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
