Pros

I love the Health card as I have my kids and mom enrolled for free. Unlimited doctor's appointment and assistance on medicines and laboratories are of great help.

Cons

Coaches though are not so approachable as politics in this company are so high in this company. They refer friends first to a higher position than referring those ones that has a potential and more compatible in the position. Some inconsiderate coaches and lack of knowledge when it comes to handling a team. Self centered.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
