Pros
Sitel contracts out to different companies, so you have the opportunity to learn different things. Benefits, PTO, good managers.
Cons
Low pay for the work. Benefits are rather expensive, you don't get quality scores like most call centers do, so sometimes you don't know where you stand. Recruiting was not upfront about the position I was hired for was a sales position. Recruiting and trainers weren't always on the same page, causing confusion with training schedules.
