Pros

Good pay, benefits, can eventually land a permanent position. Work from home. Full time in some cases. It's a paycheck.

Cons

Sporadic pay issues. Poor management. Can't reach anyone when you need them. Tech issues are unpaid even when it's their equipment, and you can prove it. PTO days are not given out as they should be. Training is a disaster. More than 150 of the 200 people hired in at the same time as me, quit. I've done less work for more money at almost every single job I've ever had. They micromanage you to the point where your bathroom breaks cannot last longer than 3 minutes and no more than 8 for the whole 8 hour shift. However, it's a work from home, full time job, and a paycheck.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
